He converted the establishment to a steak house and renovations were completed during the spring of 2007. The objective was to create a unique, relaxing atmosphere where patrons could enjoy prime steaks in a Western-style ambiance. Mr. Rose has more than 25 years experience as a restaurateur and formerly served as an executive chef at the Tides Inn in Irvington, the owner/operator of the River Crossing Restaurant in White Stone as well as the owner/operator of the Chez Claude Restaurant in Urbana.
